Within the context of the research findings, the White Paper aimed to ascertain a core of essential Pillars for Autonomous Living for young care leavers and essential Capacity Building Pillars for professionals connected to the ageing-out of care support and coordination. Each set of pillars offer details on the common view over the needed competences and the requested essential elements that would contribute for a sustainable transition.
