The Inclusive+ Transnational Research Report presents the results of the research carried out to identify the “basic employability skills” low-skilled adults need to integrate more easily into the labour market. It has been conducted on the basis of questionnaires and interviews with professionals working with low-skilled adults to identify the key competences needed by their clients and the challenges of assessing them.
