The RMA is a dialectical method of enquiry and popular self-analysis aimed at promoting empowerment of individuals and the community. Disadvantaged young people with or without a migration background constitute the target group of the project. Their status as young people and foreigners places them in a condition of exclusion that hinders their ability to express themselves, reflect and dream and relegates them to a passive position, unable to take their opinions and dreams into consideration or even to make themselves heard. Our project sees these young people as a resource. Through the RMA workshops, the young participants will have the opportunity to express themselves, listen and reach an agreement that is important for their individual and collective growth.
