A collection of culture shock experiences, concrete situations called Critical Incidents from both the perspective of the narrator and the other protagonists, which opens the space for a better understanding of how our own cultural values, expectations shape the interaction and help us reach some degree of cultural neutrality, allowing a better negotiation of possible solutions.
